I don't know how I hadn't seen her before. She is still wearing the harness she was dumped in, and she has harness burn as well as other injuries and ailments. There were stitches underneath her neck, but I don't know what happened. Notes say she loves kids and loves to cuddle. She is VERY urgent. She is spayed and ready to go home now.
